I want to thank you for being persistent with me to visit your leads group. It is said, if a business can get 10% of its new business from referrals, they are doing a good job. Before I joined your leads group about 25% of my business came from referrals. Since I have joined, 46% of my new business is from referrals! That is outstanding!
I have booked over $6,000 in new business directly from leads group referrals with thousands more currently in the works, in just four short months. I really wonder what I was thinking when I hesitated to come down for a free lunch to see what it was all about. As a sole proprietor with a limited budget, I have to get out and in touch with as many new people as I can. What a better way than through the O. N. E. Leads Group!

I am so excited!!—AGAIN! Six months ago, Greg from A Thorough Clean came to my house in Nampa to clean my horribly tree sapped, dog tracked, stained entry way and my not-so-white sectional (that had just been cleaned 3 months prior). He started with my couch, and immediately I could tell the difference between “a man who cares and is detail oriented” and the man who previously cleaned the couch. After the other man left, I noticed it was spotty…kinda dingy looking, and although it was much cleaner, I wasn’t very happy. But I want to tell you after Greg got through, I was thrilled!! My couch looked like new! It was incredible!
He went on and cleaned the entry-way and when he was done—I think my jaw hit the floor. It was perfect! I immediately wondered if I had anything else for him to clean, (I mean it was that good). I then remembered the seats in my 1991 Amigo that had never been cleaned professionally that had stains and spots, Kool-Aid and ground in chocolate, coffee, etc… Yeah, this was the true test!! He had time to do it and continued effortlessly and patiently to remove the gunk and junk from 10 years of rough use, (kids, camping and dogs), and VOILA! Spotless! In my life I have never been so excited about upholstery cleaning!
Of course I recommended him to my mother for her 30-year-old shag multi-colored carpet. She was so excited when he was finished she called me and said I had to come and see her new carpet! Yep! He had done it again! (I quickly referred him on to the Assembly of God church carpet that needed him badly too. Pastor Barry was elated to find he is the son of one of his regular parishioners! Now isn’t that coincidentally cool!)
Lastly, today I had the greasy grimy, haul your tools van that had mats that were bad enough that even Greg was doubtful. I told him I was going to take pictures before and after, because I knew what he could do! I did—and he didn’t let me down. I hope the pictures show you what I’ve seen today, because if they do, you would never have to hesitate about who to call for upholstery and rug cleaning again!! A Thorough Clean…oh yeah, but I think he should add the word “RENEW” to the title…and now I hear he has added on “flood restoration” to his business. There is no question who I will call in my time of need, little jobs or big—Greg’s the man!

Life Savers.
My brother acquired Luekemia this summer. Yes it is very frightening news when received.
The good news is that the type he got was the treatable type. After 2 months in the hospital, he was finally released. Obviously, his contact with the public had to be kept at a minimum. Besides still being tired, he was frightened to go out in public.
EcoQuest to the rescue!
My brother was given the small portable type which definitely eased his mental state as well as helped him physically eliminate the germs and viruses that were about. He also flew to LA as this portable unit protects him from the recycled air in the plane. He also got the home unit which helped purify his apartment. I was told that he could feel the difference immediatly. Kudos to a great product.
Cliff was also superb in his customer service as the home unit was received in California in 3 - 4 days.
Cliff also went out of his way to call my brother to help set up the unit as well as a follow up call to see how he was doing. Doesn't get any better than that!
Pharmanex: I gave my brother the "life pack" vitamin package that Dave swears by. I can see why. My brother, somewhat of a health nut, began using the vitamins given to him and he immediately felt more energized.
Even though my brother must take a year off from work, doctors orders, he feels vitalized enough now that he's getting cabin fever. I'm sure the clean air and the great vitamins have a lot to do with that. He feels
